An  obsessed  cop  is,  with  his  partner,  on  the  trail  of  a  serial  killer  prowling  the  streets  of  Buffalo,  N.Y.  but  when  his  teenage  daughter  disappears,  he  drops  any  professional  restraint  to  get  the  killer.
